[THC] Maris Otter Malt Extract?

I would *not* expect this substitution to be the make-or-break point of 
any batch I made, but I am not painstakingly fussy about exactly 
mimicking a recipe.  Until you are such a meticulously consistent brewer 
that you can make the very same beer (from the same ingredients, same 
water) OVER AND OVER, then things like this malt extract substitution 
are not going to matter, IMO.  I have been brewing for a lot of years 
(since 1981, although there were a few years in the late 80 and early 
90s while the kids were more of a priority and I didn't brew very much) 
and I still find duplicating a batch quite challenging.

And then there's the matter of using fresh malt extract versus year 
old......
