[THC] extra propane tank

Menard's on the West side took one from me like that.  I was surprised 
when they said "sure we do it all the time," but that is what happened.  
(It was left by the previous owner at the home we bought and moved to 
last winter.)

Somebody should jump on this.  If you have more than one tank it makes 
those trade-in places a very decent deal.  You can just use up the 
entire contents and then switch it out next time you're out shopping.  
Never have to worry about the hydrostat test date being expired (they 
accept those for trade too) and it's quicker.  Well it's a LOT quicker 
and you have as many tanks as I do.

PS Y'all do know you're not supposed to store those inside your home, 
right?  Technically not even inside your garage, but that's where mine 
stayed for a long time.  Now there is a barn, and so that's where they are.
