I buy my tubing at Lowe's where I can buy it by the foot instead of 
in pre-packaged lengths. It isn't as good as tubing designed for 
serving beer and isn't food grade. It gets stiff when cold. But it is 
cheap. You can get food grade tubing from Midwest, from Northern 
Brewer, from Great Fermentations (whose web presence is improving) or 
from McMaster-Carr.
