[THC] June Homebrew Club Meeting

Greetings fellow brewers and lovers of good beer,

 

Saturday, June 6th is approaching and I am delinquent in getting the
announcement out about the meeting at the Foley homestead.  This is
partially because I wanted to see the forecast but also because I was
looking for an alternate day and some time to put this email together.
It seems our choice of dates is conflict with other festivities.  June
being otherwise full for us, it looks like the 6th is our only choice
(sorry Linda).

 

Brewers are welcome anytime after 8:00 am if you want to set up and get
a batch going.  Sounds like Linda may not be able to make it so if you
need any of the club equipment you might want to arrange that ahead of
time.  Everyone else is welcome most any time between 8:00 am and 4:00
pm.  We'll try to get the main food going on about 11:30 or so.

 

Donna's putting on some mean pork beer-b-que for lunch.  I have three
varieties of homebrew.  Bring your own creations to share or your
homebrew or just bring yourselves.

 

Last fall we bought the property behind us and have cut some trails in
the woods.  If a hike sounds like fun, bring some shoes you don't mind
getting a little muddy.

 

I made a crude map in Mapquest.  We're actually slightly north of here.
Most of you would want to come out State Road 38 and turn south in
Dayton on Dayton Road.  That would be followed by a left on Wyandotte
(aka CR 550 S), a right on CR 800 E and I'll have a sign in the yard.
If you get lost, just call and we can send out a search party.
