[THC] "Social Hour" May 1 at our house

Hi THC --

Hope everybody is doing great!

The first "Social Hour" at our house is scheduled for Friday May 1,
5-ish to 7-ish.  OK, so that's a two hour social hour.  We probably
wouldn't kick out anybody at 7 anyway, or turn away someone arriving at
7:15.

My idea is that this will happen on Fridays.  Not all Fridays, in fact
I'm not sure how often.  Maybe more often in the summer than after the
summer, not sure.  And sometimes my decision to do it will be *very*
short notice and I won't send emails, just note it at the web page and
put out the "sign."  The sign is the flag in the mug.  The web page is
http://www.tippyhomebrewers.org/SocialHour.htm  (It's not related to the
homebrew club that's just where I put the web page.)

Eventually it will be self service notification, i.e. friends and
neighbors who drive near or right by our house on their way home (there
are a LOT of them) (or the people who live next door!) might start
looking for the flag on Fridays.  Some people might check the web page.
  Possibly nobody will show up, which will be OK.  Possibly one person
will show up, which will be fine..... Maybe the whole idea will lead to
something neat, or eventually turn out to be a flop.  It sounds like a
fun thing to try!

I am inviting a lot of people in hopes that a few will show up.  Unless 
Rick and I are further into them that we realize, there should be some 
Two-Hearted and Red Seal on tap, left over from the Open House last 
month.  And I think I'll put one of the peach meads on.  They are 
turning out well, I think.
