[THC] I need a ride to the Booth's

Our van is still being used by friends who return it after this coming
Sunday's "Art on the Wabash" show, which I'm sorry I'm going to miss.
(It was postponed from last Sunday to this coming because of the rain.)
I could ride my bicycle, and 17 miles is not really that far. For an
overweight middle-aged former heavy smoke I'm in pretty good shape
bicycle-wise. Over 20 miles might be a stretch. Or hills, don't do
hills much.....
ANYWAY it seems that if I'm going to brew at the Booth's, my equipment
-- burners, kettles, mash paddle, grains, fermenter.... not to mention a
small selection of beverages -- will not all fit on the bicycle with
me. The Miata's not going do the job either.
If somebody has a truck or van and is willing to ferry me and my crap
all there by noon or 1, that would be so cool.
If not.... well, in fact it wouldn't bother me a lot to *not* brew at
Mike and Julie's. It's a lot of work, and I like to relax as well as I
like to brew, at least once in a while.
I'd be glad to be the brewer's assistant if anybody else is brewing.
Linda.
