    For the people who are new to the list or THC, I should point out 
that Linda is the person who infamously said in a Journal & Courier 
article in Dec. 2007 concerning the hop shortage:

    "I will be using more homegrown hops if (the price) goes through the 
roof. They're already a little expensive," Swihart said, but added she's 
not too worried about supply prices going up a little. "If it get too 
expensive (brewing beer), I'll just make less."

    So I guess she kept her word.   Either that or consumption of beer 
in the house has gone through the roof.  We have harvested a lot of 
cascade hops as of late and thus she can start using those.
