[THC] TAF day success, see report

It's a short little report, in there with all the other reports.  We 
were site #73 of about 148 registered sites, with 15 participants, and 
five brewers brewing 25 gallons of the total 1273 gallons (still a lot 
not reported I think) brewed by people at TAF day events all over the 
country and elsewhere.  (There were registered sites in Nairobi Kenya, 
Victoria Canada, Collingwood (Ontario Canada), and Stenlose Denmark.
