Phil & I think we will be there, no homebrew though, we just bottled in the last 2 weeks, so have nothing ready....
   
  on a very good note though, we bottled the rasp wheat last night and tasted *evil grin*....its going to be yummy, not strong at all, but we are def gonna enjoy....
   
  we did buy 2 new kits from nothern brewer (also that capper you suggested linda and its PERFECT)...anyways we bought two more kits, honey brown ale and dark cherry stout, they are part extract and part grain....guess this is our baby step...*smiles*....but we are excited about getting these going sometime.....see you guys tomorrow
   
  mead question, i havent up til this point added campden tabs, think i just plain forgot...LOL...anyways, do i need to rack to add them, or can i just put them in the carboy and plug it back up and give it a swish?  i dont know why i think this may or maynot be a good idea, but could i at the same time add more honey and yeast nutrient?  its still fermenting, slowly, but its still got some motion....
   
  hops - cascade - question....linda, our hops plants have something eating the leaves...they look very lace like...*pout*...any idea what it is or how to prevent it?  not sure if its an insect or bacteria maybe?  looked around to see bugs, nothing on the leaves, underneath either....
