Hi Lori and Phil -- how is the house coming along!  Happy Summer!

New Day Meadery in Elwood has a website; I haven't looked at it much 
yet.  I hope to see the place some time this summer. 

I don't recall which mead you refer to having at my place, don't recall 
a lot some days!  :-)

Did you make yours as a traditional mead, i.e. only honey -- no fruit or 
spices?
