Let it sit for at least a week. The longer you let it sit, the 
clearer it will become. I often let beers stay in secondary for 
several months, but I go to extremes. The beer has very fine 
particles in it. If any gas is trapped in the particle, the particle 
will float to the surface. Eventually, the gas will dissolve in the 
beer, and the particle will fall. Very small particles drop very 
slowly. I've taken photos of beer in carboys, and the color gradually 
changes as different types of particles settle out. There are 
different things that can be added to help particles settle out, but 
time works pretty well, too.

May I suggest that you buy an introductory book  on home brewing.
