[THC] July 13th meeting postponed to August 23

I have only had one RSVP likely due to the short notice and people traveling.  I thought I had put it on the THC calendar about 6 months ago but when I looked I did not find it there.  We hope lots of people can make it on Saturday August 23rd.  It is the weekend before Purdue starts so hopefully more people will be in town.
