[THC] tomato beer/mead recipes?

any one have one?  we have an abudance of tomatoes and thought, what the heck, why not try something like this
 
btw, saved our ras-wheat beer, will bring some with to nancy's....YEAH....and just did an interesting experiment with mead, did an 8 gallon batch of traditional dry, then divided it up in secondarys, 3 gallons of a holiday spice (used mulling spices), 1 gallon jalapeno (thats the one we over sweetened), 1 gallon pineapple, 1 gallon vanilla, 1 gallon cherry/chocolate and 1 gallon raspberry, they are all very good.....we are very proud parents....wanna try a braggot sometime
